What are the frequencies of ultrasonic and galvanic?Yes, both modes use 290,000 Hz frequency. High frequencies are not necessarily good. We've been manufacturing ultrasonic beauty devices for over 10 years and we've been upgrading a few times to find the optimal frequency.

Is the microdermabrasion?No, microdermabrasion uses suction to extract. Labelle uses ultrasonic vibrations to unclog pores. It also helps infuse serum which microdermabrasion does not.

Is it available for all skin types?It can be used except for purulent skin. In the case of sensitive skin types, it is recommended to test the same area as the back of your hand before on the face.

The power is not on.It doesn't work when the charger is connected. Please charge the device after using it. If the battery is left discharged for a long time, the lifespan may be shortened. In general, it can be used for 2-3 years without additional battery replacement. However, replacement may be required depending on the method of use and storage.

Can this product be used if I have had Botox or Fillers?Yes, Labelle can be used on facial skin even if you have had any botox or fillers. If you have further concern, we always recommend speaking with your doctor prior to using Labelle. Also, please make sure that the device should pass by your skin lightly.

Can this product be used if I'm pregnant?Yes, the Labelle treatment is non-toxic and perfectly safe for use during pregnancy and while nursing. During and just after pregnancy, hormonal changes can make your skin sensitive. We recommend always checking with your doctor first before using anything new.

Warranty Period?We value our customers and aim to provide the highest quality products to ensure customer satisfaction. We provide 1 year warranty and it begins on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If the handpiece has been fully charged and is loaded with a new Edge, but not operating, or if the base fails to charge the handpiece, send an email to jhlabs@hanmailnet. If, upon inspection by the Company, the Labelle device is found to have a manufacturing defect, the Company will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace your device. In particular, if the Company confirms a defect covered by this 1 year limited warranty, the Company will, at its sole and exclusive discretion, either replace your device at no charge with a new Labelle device, either the same as or similar to the model you purchased.
